Human Destiny

God has unique ways of shaping man’s destiny – ways that our puny human minds sometimes find difficult to understand!

Typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters which man has no control over, indiscriminately kill people and unfairly destroy their lives. We grieve and mourn the losses but quickly mend the broken pieces and start afresh with renewed dreams. We heal and hope for better times ahead!

In the same way God destines greatness for some people and bottomless despair for others. Fate rewards some and punishes others sometimes unfairly to our naked eyes. Their efforts are decried and their failures redeemed in ways we ordinary humans cannot fathom!

The games that humans play, especially politicians, are intricate and intriguing! Always, they are inspired by the belief that they are doing it for the people they are destined to lead. So they connive and contrive to make things work!

Dreams...

Every single night we visit our personal dream world. Although most of us don't recall dreams in the morning, we all have dreams every night. A dream world that feels as real as the waking world.

When analyzing dreams it is important to try and determine what has instigated the dream. Dreams can result from a variety of factors. For instance in some circumstances eating something difficult to digest before bed can cause dream's to be revealed as meaningless images.

In other instances the flu can cause dreams to become fragmented visions caused from a sick body trying to heal itself. Although these pictures mean nothing to us logically, there is likely some pattern there that is applicable to the body. In still other instances dreams can reveal emotional struggles.

Although dreams can result from a variety of different factors, more often than not, the dreams we recall can be understood. We can recreate the story line, which we can later write down and analyze. These dreams can give us great insights into what we're dealing with in our lives at a particular moment in time.
They can depict both minor and major emotional struggles. They can also depict problems you have within yourself. These depictions can be some of the most profound life changing messages you will ever receive.

In his book on Edgar Cayce, Henry Reed talks about a higher self or 'the witness', which watches everything we do, say, feel and think. Our higher self never goes to sleep, it is always awake, watching, processing and seeing things from an objective perspective as we struggle through our lives.
Our higher self is aware of and connected with the creative energy of the universe. It uses this energy to get our lives back on track by sending us messages through our dreams. It is because of this higher self that there is no one better than you for analyzing your own dreams. Only you can understand what you need?

Our higher self can create images in our dreams in an instant. It can embed symbols inside of dramatic stories, which from beginning to end can have profound meaning for us.

Dreams have also been described as prophetic or precognitive, actually depicting an event, which has not yet occurred in our time. Skeptics of prophecy have been shocked into belief when they themselves have suddenly experienced a personal precognitive dream.

These types of dreams can occur to warn of impending illness or accidents. Sometimes they occur to prepare people for an inevitable death about to occur in the family.

So dreams can be many things for us. They are a gift from the universe. We can go through life ignoring them, or we can use them, pay attention to them, take advantage of them and learn from them. The answers are there for us; all we have to do is look.

Examzz Rulezzz...

Once someone told me that i can have plenty of fun time and enjoy my life to the fullest at university..but its all wrongs.. how am i suppose to enjoy my life in a place where its ruled by exams..! Last semester was one of my worst nightmare..Its not that I did not revise. I did. I started early this time. A month ago. I re-write the notes. I understand the theory and STUFF in my head yet in the end, I got mental block. I even target the questions and as my predictions, I got the right targeted questions. But, what to be happy about when I can't even answer a single one perfectly..

Owh, here I want to thanks to my course mates , who have been with me revising, either sitting together in a room, through phone calls, messages, chats and even last minute revision outside the examination hall. Not to forget, in the McD too.. ( free refill coffees and cute guys as inspiration are the reasons why studying in McD is so motivating ) Sorry if I happen to annoy you guys by my constant craps...its maybe because my brain was feeling mushy mushy..

Can I say NO to exams? I'm an environmentalist. I have rights to say NO to exams. Haha..Still they can conduct through online.

I know my dad is expecting me to get a grade A's every semester . So am I to myself coz I know I have fully prepared. And another thing is that its not easy to role models either. Being the eldest in my family, parents always expect me to score beyond my capabilities. Its not a bad thing I would say. It does helps to encourage and motivate me but it too has so much pressure to carry... Arggghh!I hope and will do all my best for a grade A or B. Please Lord, please at least let be do all my best for the rest.

Good luck and all the BEST to all my friends who are having their own battles out there especially to the UCSIians. Always during exams period, the word 'Sleep' is temporary out of order and the word 'Stress' rules.

Well, my aunt is so stress up over there and hence I can't do much to help. She needs to collect 20,000 species and samples for her research in 2 years time and that excluded the moth and wasps samples for the light trap, meaning 1000 samples need to be completed in around 3 months time NON-STOP. PhD is really suiciding. No, I think every qualification levels are suiciding..!

Last minutes..!

Having numerous exams, assignments, dissertations lab reports and other paperwork to hand in, I found something very special about me. In order to write a good paperwork and perform well in exams, I need to do it last minute. And by last minute, I really mean last minute. There is something in me that prevents me from doing work, if I know that I have more than enough time to complete it. I really started the day before the deadline. If there is a week for me to finish my work, I would most possibly ending with an all-nighter. Crazy, you might think. Starting the work late makes me more focused, and the tension adds motivation. As good as the method is, it is not perfect. As after some time, I found the actual version, but had very little time to finish it.. and i do go bonkers in last minute revisions..! ;p Still under crazy deadlines..

Campus Life..!

Monday blues, the fright on report card day, detentions, lectures by class teacher,
sports day,
carnival, cutting classes, copy homework, breaking the school rules, singing the national anthem like zombies..! and all other 'wild' activites.. yet who can deny that school life is not awesome..?? Clueless is what you get when you go to university, you are supposed to choose the subject you love the most – your passion, something you want to do in the future. Or are you supposed to choose the one you are good at? Although very often, you like something because you’re good at it, that is not always the case... : $ not forgetting choosing the university of choice.. Take me for example, i wanted to be a doctor since i can remember..! Later, i change my mind to other options..such as fashion designer, lawyer, public relations, editor, teacher.. lols..thats already handfuls of choices i have made.. Throughout my high school , my interests within the field were constantly changing, but generally, I had a good idea what I want to do and why I want to do it..is to serve the community and help the needy ones.. Basiclly, I enjoyed biology.. And that is the field of science I love the most.. then i decided food science and nutrition it is.. So, here i am in UCSI...with no regrets.. : )
